- Students should arrive at the school (room 305) between 7:00 and 7:15 with their luggage. We will inspect luggage and load onto the bus at 7:45.
-If a student must drive and leave a car at the school, they should park in the new parking lot, which will be otherwise empty during the conference trip. They should be prepared to supply their license plate number.
- We will wear Wizard of Oz t-shirts on Thursday and Who Needs a Stage shirts on Friday. Conference will supply t-shirts for Saturday. If your child does not have one of these shirts, that's fine. They can also bring any CM Drama shirts. We encourage them to layer, as the theater varies in temperature.
-If your child is performing in the conference one-act, please make sure they also pack their costume.
-The students may bring snacks, but no open containers. Due to many allergies on our trip, please do not bring nuts as part of your snacks!
-They should bring money for breakfast/ lunch on the way to conference and for any thespian souvenirs they may want to purchase at conference.
-If you or students want access to the conference schedule, show descriptions, and school map, you can download the Guidebook app and search for 2017 PA Thespian Conference. They can also connect with other students attending the conference via this app. This is not required for conference attendance.
-If you are bringing ANY medication to conference - Including over the counter medication, it must be in it's original container with a parent's note for permission to take it.
